You will be provided with a Google Drive link to send over photos you'd like to get added to your site.

Software Specialists

When you have your appointment with our Software Specialist, please remember to come prepared with your client list and any possible questions.

Customer ID Number

We will provide you with a unique Customer ID Number. Please keep this number handy in the event we need you to confirm it.

Please Note:

Please be aware of spam calls! If you receive a call from someone claiming to be with Townsquare Interactive and asks for additional money, it is a scam.


If you receive such a call, ask them to provide you with your customer ID number. If they cannot provide that, hang up and contact your Onboarding Specialists directly or call support at 855-463-5490.
